Flambadou is a baking tool that starred in French cuisine during the Middle Ages. It consists of a cast iron cone and a metal handle. We place the conical side on the coals until it burns, then we fill it with pork lard or beef fat which, as it burns, drips from the lower opening of the cone into our food, giving a unique and original taste.
