Block D is synonymous with reliability and quality, features engraved in its DNA. Generation 5 insists on the same proven features while incorporating new innovations. Block D is made entirely of stainless steel with a material thickness that does not lag behind in any way. It is made in Germany and implemented with great attention to detail, as always.

It has powerful burners and a large grilling space. Block D can do all types of grilling, both with direct and indirect heat, as well as low & slow. The maximum power of 16.2 kW and excellent controllability, allow temperatures ranging from 75°C (fully indirect) to 900°C (just above the grilling burner).

Flammkraft’s burner philosophy with the typical cast stainless steel, makes Block D the definition of barbecue. The versatility of the burners allows for the use of accessories that are perfectly adapted to each grill. The burner design provides optimal ignition for the OfenDock from Flammkraft Block D. The Block D (Gen. 5) is the result of the continuous further development of the successful Block series.

Flammkraft grills have a stable design and are unique in their functionality. You can choose from seven exclusive color variants.

The deep matte shades are supported by a stainless steel substructure. As a result, their timeless design remains classic, visually beautiful, and not only on the surface.

Technology in the lid

The lid of the Block D (Gen. 5) not only looks great, but also excels with its internal function.

The lid is completely double-walled and the top is fully insulated. This makes heating particularly fast. The temperature is kept constant and grilling with the lid closed works wonderfully.

Similarly, the grill burner can be used with the lid of the Block D (Gen. 5) closed without any problems.

Cleaning

To make cleaning as easy as possible, the Block D (Gen. 5) has a convenient drawer for removing the waste collection system.

All burners can also be removed and reattached with a single screw.

As the Flammkraft burner concept does not require the installation of covers over the burners, as is the case with conventional gas barbecues, cleaning is made extremely easy.

The Flammkraft burner concept is therefore not only far superior when barbecuing, but also when it comes to cleaning afterwards.

Accessories

An attractive range of accessories is also available for the Block D (Gen. 5).

A wide range of options, from the wok to the pizza stone, the teppanyaki plate and the grill, further expand the possibilities of the Block D.

These accessories are compatible when used together, the wok, for example, can be used at the same time as the rotisserie. The OfenDock’s foldable rack allows optimal access to the wok while the OfenDock continues to be used on the main cooking surface. The rotisserie continues to run in parallel.

These combinations offer unlimited creativity when it comes to barbecue.

Storage space

The gas cylinder is hidden inside the structure. Also, specially designed compartments allow for safe storage of all your accessories.​

The large rotating spit, for example, fits nicely behind the standard storage box, which accommodates additional accessories and can be used for soaking during cleaning.

Slots for the side shelves and a spacious shelf that can also accommodate hot items complete the well-thought-out infrastructure.

Built-in compatible​

The Block D (Gen. 5) grill unit can be easily detached from the infrastructure and reconnected. A strong 4-point screw connection secures the unit.​

The screw connection can be loosened and refastened in no time. This allows our professional customers to transport them and use them on the go more easily.

In addition, the Block D (Gen. 5) offers you complete flexibility if you want to build your own individual outdoor kitchen later.

Technically, the grill unit is equal to the built-in version and is therefore 100% compatible for use in an outdoor kitchen.

Integrated wind deflector

The Block D (Gen. 5) further minimizes the typical sensitivity of gas grills to wind. The infrared burner concept from Flammkraft already offers great advantages over conventional models.

The integrated wind deflector reduces external influences even further and can be easily removed if required.

The appearance on the rear side rounds off the design perfectly.
