Performance 2600 : The worship of the classic

For fans of classic charcoal grilling, the Performance 2600® is the ideal tool. Char-Broil® as a company since 1948 has absorbed many old techniques and enriched them with new ideas. With that in mind the Performance 2600® has the heavy duty old fashioned construction combined with a new patented cranked up/down tray to give the roaster control over the temperature.

They are porcelain-coated grills, they distribute heat evenly and offer an additional non-stick surface. With proper care they will last for several years.

Thermometer in Cap

The temperature gauge on the lid is calibrated to accurately measure the average temperature in the baking chamber.
