When after 74 years of experience in the BBQ world, the Char-Broil company decides to build a model using all its know-how combined with the most innovative features, the result is the Performance Power Edition.

Char Broil’s TruInfrared System

It is a system entirely made of stainless steel located between the burners and the grill. Initially it acts as a barrier, completely preventing annoying flames from reaching our food. It quickly develops very high temperatures since it locks in the heat and thanks to its specially designed holes, it spreads it evenly over the entire cooking surface, thus eliminating cold and hot zones. In this way we take advantage of the entire area of our grill. The liquids and fat that fall on the hot surface evaporate instantly and return in the form of steam to our food, keeping it juicy and soft and thus making cleaning the grill easier than ever since the fats no longer fall into the bin!

Stainless Steel Burners

More resistant to time and wear than any other type of burner. They are the heartbeat of any grill since they generate and transmit the necessary heat through multiple holes, which allow the gas to escape in the form of a flame.

Infrared side burner

Char-Broil’s latest generation side burner is equipped with a high performance ceramic burner that guarantees temperatures up to 900°C. At such high temperatures you can shield your meat, to the best possible extent, thus creating a crispy crust while at the same time its interior remains tender.

Electronic Ignition

With the electronic ignition function you can light your burners with the simple push of a button. The matches are over!

Cast Iron Grills

Cast iron grills are resistant to time and rust, have excellent non-stick properties, are easy to clean and leave strong grill marks on our food. Cast iron has the ability to distribute heat evenly throughout its surface, thus providing us with the same temperature in all parts of our grill!

Thermometer in Cap

The temperature gauge on the lid is calibrated to accurately measure the average temperature in the baking chamber.
