The Big Green Egg Round Drip Pan collects the fat, juices and bits of food that fall during cooking and does not let them end up on the charcoal or the convEGGtor. Fill the round aluminum pan with a little water to increase the humidity level inside the EGG, making your dishes even juicier. Roasting chicken releases large amounts of fat and juices. No problem for the Round Drip Pan! Place a Sittin’ Poultry Ceramic Roaster or Vertical Poultry Roaster inside your pan, then place the pan on the rack of your Big Green Egg. The Round Drip Pan is 27cm in diameter, non-stick coated (obviously!) and comfortably withstands temperatures up to 232°C.
