"Information is power. The wireless Dual Probe Remote Thermometer measures the temperature with absolute precision, both at the heart of the food you are cooking and inside your Big Green Egg. The Dual Probe thermometer has 2 sensors and a receiver, which you can take with you. Once the desired temperature is reached, the receiver will automatically alert you (at a distance of up to 91 meters). This is a precision instrument, with the unique shape of the EGG, that leaves nothing to chance. So this Dual Probe Remote Thermometer has a range of laboratory temperature settings for beef, veal, lamb, pork, poultry, as well as nine different game species (eg duck and deer). adjust the temperatures based on your personal preferences? And it does. The sensors measure temperatures up to 380°C."
Meat bases
The Big Green Egg Round Drip Pan collects the fat, juices and bits of food that fall during cooking and does not let them end up on the charcoal or the convEGGtor. Fill the round aluminum pan with a little water to increase the humidity level inside the EGG, making your dishes even juicier. Roasting chicken releases large amounts of fat and juices. No problem for the Round Drip Pan! Place a Sittin' Poultry Ceramic Roaster or Vertical Poultry Roaster inside your pan, then place the pan on the rack of your Big Green Egg. The Round Drip Pan is 27cm in diameter, non-stick coated (obviously!) and comfortably withstands temperatures up to 232°C.
With this accessory, delicious chicken becomes delicious. Placing a whole chicken or turkey on the Ceramic Poultry Roaster will give it a crispy and golden skin on the outside, while it will be wonderfully juicy on the inside. Want to add a little more flavor? Fill the ceramic support base with beer, wine, cider and/or spices. The result; Absolute perfection. This base is available in two sizes, for chicken (Chicken Roaster) or turkey (Turkey Roaster). If you add a little liquor to the ceramic base of the Ceramic Poultry Roaster, the chicken is infused with the flavor of the beer, wine or liquor and becomes even more delicious. The Chicken Roaster base fits Small, Medium, Large, XLarge and 2XL models, while the Turkey Roaster base fits Medium, Large, XLarge and 2XL models."
